The Center for Transformative Visioning

The Center for Transformative Visoning (CTV) is a research-based think tank specializing in the development of innovative new visioning techniques and applications. The CTV follows the praxis model, where both theory and practice co-exist in an iterative cycle of innovative application, evaluation and continuous development. Where applicable, the CTV will customize visioning applications for your unique requirements if such applications do not already exist.

About the Founder

Dr. Matthew C. Heim is Founder and CEO of Visionary Partnership International. Dr. Heim is a strategic business advisor with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning and complex, large-scale business transformation initiatives. In 1998 Dr. Heim began researching and integrating visioning techniques into various business initiatives, primarily in the areas of strategic planning, program planning & management and executive leadership development. In 2001 he and his wife Kristina began conducting the very first  workshops for couples, infusing visioning techniques into the areas of personal growth and relationship development.

Dr. Heim was also the founder, and is currently serving as the program coordinator for Dominican University's "Sustainable Enterprise" certificate program in California.  He also serves on the board of directors of Dominican University's Center for Sustainability, and teaches classes in the Green MBA program.

Following are a few highlights of Dr. Heim's business experience:

• A pioneer bringing visioning into the corporate boardrooms of many "Fortune and Global 1000" companies
• Strategic planning and business transformation advisor for hundreds of companies, in a variety of industries worldwide
• Turn-Around expert, helping many companies to revive failed strategic projects and initiatives, saving them from major potential losses
• Successfully managed the implementation of many highly complex strategic projects and programs in organizations around the world.
• Developed the "Sustainable Enterprise" certificate program for Dominican University of California, teaching business leaders to "green" their companies
• Developed the first internal controls compliance framework for corporate-wide ERP systems, which was ultimately adopted as a default standard under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002
• Active board member with extensive experience in non-profit strategic planning, program management, board development and board/staff relations
• Author and public speaker, appearing at regional, national and global conferences and on public radio
